HOW TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If your order has already been despatched from the warehouse, then you'll need to return the unwanted item following our Returns procedure. Read 'How to return an item' for details on how to do so.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
At Emelian & Pier we hope you will be pleased with the goods you buy from me. However, if you need to return or exchange your purchase, I will be happy to assist you. Returns should be made within 14 days of purchase.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us.
Please note: if the product has not been returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refunded amount.
Please note: We will refund delivery costs if the product is faulty or damaged, but not in cases where the product is simply unwanted.
